A Brief Bio

I am currently enrolled in the full-time MBA program at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. I expect to graduate in May, 2011, with emphases in Finance and Technology.

Prior to returning to graduate school I worked in the Technology division of Minnesota Public Radio from 2003 to 2009. I identified technology needs, performed workflow, business, and cost/benefit analyses, and made build/buy and strategy recommendations. I frequently managed technology projects from idea to completion. I also presented new technologies and their strategy implications to the company, including to senior management and the Board of Trustees.

Since 2007 I have consulted privately, providing cost-effective technology strategy and infrastructure development, online marketing strategy, and web design for clients.

I graduated from Macalester College in May, 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Spanish.
